I am a native speaker of English and have lived in both Japan and France. I hold an MA in Japanese Studies and an MSc with Distinction in Literary Translation as Creative Practice. I specialise in translating corporate governance materials, with a focus on environmental and social initiatives, aided by over 10 years’ experience in proofreading and copy-editing essays and scientific papers in the fields of sustainability and agronomy. Since 2023, I have been developing a specialisation in board game translation and have worked on 50 titles so far. I also translate academic, culinary, and marketing texts. In my spare time, I continue to explore literary translation, including short stories and creative non-fiction.
