If you have a specific translation or proofreading project lined up, please include the following information in your message if possible:
- character count (Japanese) or word count (French, English)—I charge a per-character rate for Japanese to English translation and a per-word rate for French to English translation
- whether you are able and happy to provide a sample—I rely on sample texts to calculate time-estimates for proofreading and editing
- any time constraints
